However, any NON CUSTOM pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The item MUST be in original, unblemished condition.

We will consider an exchange of NON CUSTOM items for comparable merchandise - excluding hand stamped items - within 14 days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We will ship the agreed upon replacement item once your return is received and inspected. Returned merchandise must be in new, unblemished condition. We will notify you if the item being returned is in an acceptable condition for exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee receipt of your returned item without a signed delivery confirmation.

Proper care and storage will extend the life of you jewelry. We recommend storing jewelry is a dry area. Remember, bathrooms are a source of moisture from condensation (ie: steam) and can cause your jewelry to tarnish.
Regular cleaning to remove build up of oils will extend the life of your jewelry. We suggest warm, soapy water and a polishing pad. Soft cotton or terry cloth also works well.

We use high quality natural gemstones and crystals. No two gems or crystals are identical. We select each gem or crystal to best accentuate the piece. Our photos are representative of the item, but slight variations is color should be expected.

We use high-quality 14kt Gold-Fill and Sterling Silver. Although precious metals typically do not cause physical reaction, individual body chemistry (ie: metal allergies) should be considered.
WHAT IS 14KT GOLD-FILLED AND STERLING SILVER?
Gold Filled is a high quality alternative to solid gold. Gold Filled is a layer of gold which is pressure bonded to another metal. It has 100% more gold than gold plated metal and will not flake, rub off or change colors. It is also tarnish resistant and typically does not cause any physical reaction.
Sterling Silver is pure silver combined with other metals (ie: copper) to make it a more durable material, which is ideal for jewelry. Sterling Silver typically consists of at least 92.5 percent silver. As opposed to silver-plating, Sterling Silver will not flake or rub off. It is also tarnish resistant and typically does not cause physical reaction.
